i starting a garden this year just tilling not plowing or discing see how it plays out.

so i started prepping garden till rain came so when it stops i start again.

Got Bolens ht23 fixed new belts now it tilles great time to plant

We haven't been getting much rain here this year either. Not enough for good plant growth anyhow. I took this year off from planting since I have enough jarred up from last year, but I like to use a rain barrel to water with when it's dry. The way mine is set up, I have the down spout from a gutter plumbed into the top of a 55gal plastic drum, with a ball valve at the bottom. I have a hose with a sprayer that I connect to the valve, then I have a hose that comes out the top connected to a pump in the barrel that I can hook to a soaker hose that runs through the garden. The plants LOVE the collected rainwater far more than the city water. I just make sure to shock it with bleach from time to time and drain to keep it clean. I just do it when I know we're going to get enough rain to refill the barrel.

everything is growing well just need rain i water in early am and late pm

we have got lots of corn,green beans .green peppers and pickles so been great crop year amen

this year garden is doing planted same as last year but have alot of rain plants all came up corn looking good beans looks good pickle's look nice water melon looks nice

garden produce well this year only change will be green beans will be put in planter box so i don't have bend over to pick them
